The bathroom is still beautiful and functional, but the curtain is peeling off the rail and no one notices. In the living room there is a bookshelf next to the fireplace where the books lie in a jumbled pile. The place needs a good dose of TLC, fresh paint and a lot of attention from the owner. If all the rooms are to be full, I don't know where all the cars will park, unless most of the guests arrive there on occasion and are picked up again. On the positive side, Colin was a very good host, the breakfast was nice and hot and on time (we wanted to eat early) and the lady who served it was kind to someone who was already serving breakfast at 6.30am to the other guests who probably would eat much later.
