The owner lives on the top floor, but guests have exclusive use of all facilities, including the braai and swimming pool. The property has a separate entrance.
No loud music after 22:00. Please dispose of garbage bags at the gate next to the carports upon departure.
The property uses borehole water, so please use it sparingly.
Ensure all doors and windows are closed when leaving or when you're not at the house. Dishes should be cleaned and packed away before departure.
No unmanned fires are allowed. Always extinguish the fire before going to bed or leaving.
If something is broken, please leave it on the table with R20 per item.
Turn off unnecessary lights when going to bed.
The owner/rental agent is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage.
