Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Guests should please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 22:00 and 8:00.
Parties and events are not allowed.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Guests should please inform the host in advance if they plan to have additional visitors.
Guests should only park in the designated space marked 119 and ensure their vehicle is under the shade netting. Guests should drive within the speed limit of 10 km/h and adhere to stop signs. Visitor parking is limited to 24 hours.
Dispose of garbage in the provided bins. Only refuse from the apartment should be placed in the bins, and bags should be tied securely. In most cases, our cleaning service will handle garbage disposal.
Guests should use appliances and equipment as intended. Report any issues or damages immediately.
Guests should ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving. Security may conduct respectful checks at the gate.
The balcony balustrade is secured but should not be leaned on. Guests should keep children away from the balcony and windows.
Guests should report theft immediately to security and the host, and contact the police if needed. Keep valuables out of sight in your car and keep it locked.
Guests should please adhere to all rules at the swimming pool and play area.
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the property. Report issues immediately. Damage or loss will be deducted from your deposit, and additional costs will be billed to you if necessary.
