Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Child policy:
- Children aged between 0 and 3 pay 100% of the sharing rate.
- Children aged between 4 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.
Extra Costs:
- Cleaning services are available on request at an additional cost of R350.00 a day. A minimum of 24-hour notice is required.
- Personal laundry service available on request which needs a minimum of 24-hour notice, and will be for the guest's account.
- Should a guest wish to have late check and if available, arrangements can be made.
- Strictly no smoking in the apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony of the unit.
- Please note that before occupation can take place you may be required to present an ID document, drivers licence or passport, together with the credit card that was used for reserving the booking. Information about the credit card holder must match the information on the credit card.
- The agent/s reserves the right to act accordingly in case such verification is not presented as required, including, but not limited to, preventing you from occupying the apartment.
- Please note that guests will need to provide the Paybridge notification confirmation slip on arrival.
