We are so sorry you did not enjoy your stay, Sammy. The estate is modelled on the famous Greek islands of Santorini that have similar terraced hills down to the ocean. This design accounts for the stunning ocean views as well as the many stairs around the estate. However, 8 Perissa is just 45m from the beach (as the crow flies) and a 100m walk along the meandering footpath. We have had over 50 families with small children stay with us, who absolutely loved our unit and weren't bothered by the stairs.
The garage is tight, but we have had all types of large vehicles fit in: Lexus LX, Land cruiser V8, Double cab bakkies, mini vans, etc. For guests wanting more space, the visitors parking is a 45m walk to the unit.
The playground is on the other side of the estate, at Thompson Bay. Most visitors staying in the Perissa village prefer to play on the Perissa beach upfront.
