Luxury Vaal River Lodge is an upmarket self-catering home set on the banks of the Vaal River; just an hour away from Johannesburg this waterfront property is ideal for a relaxing and fun weekend away with the family.
The house can accommodate up to 16 guests and comprises 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, and 5 of the bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms with a shower, a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The sixth bathroom is shared by 2 bedrooms and is fitted with a shower and a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The seventh bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and a washbasin. Showers equipped with chairs and easy access make a safe environment for the elderly.
The house has a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven and a fridge-freezer, as well as an open-plan dining area and 3 lounges. The villa has a flat-screen TV with DStv. There is also an entertainment area with a large built-in bar and a pool table. There is an outside braai area and a stunning heated pool with sun loungers.
The property has boat-launching facilities on the Vaal River. Undercover parking for 6 cars is provided. The house is fully serviced, with 2 full-time staff members to assist with inside the house, boat launching, and boat cleaning.
