Description

Luxury Witsand 706 is a beautiful apartment located in a beachfront complex in Bloubergrant, boasting panoramic ocean views with Table Mountain in the background. The property has an inverter that powers emergency lights, TV, Wi-Fi, desktop remote working monitors, and some kitchen appliances. The bedside lamps have rechargeable bulbs.

This spacious and tastefully decorated apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 ocean-view bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, flatscreen TV and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower with 2 showerheads. The second bedroom has 2 extra-length single beds and makes use of the second bathroom fitted with a bath a shower and twin basins. All linen and bath towels are provided.

The open-plan main living area features a kitchen and a lounge space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. There is an emergency gas stove that can be used during load shedding. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available. The lounge also has a double sleeper couch as well as a flat-screen Smart TV.

Adjacent to the living area is a dining space that includes a work desk with 2 monitors & webcam for guests who need to get some work done. Uncapped Wi-Fi 100 mpbs is standard. Through the sliding doors, there is a balcony with a gas braai, where guests can fully relax and admire the views.

Please note that the lifts do work during load shedding.
