Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A key and breakages deposit is payable before check-in. It is refunded within 14 days of check-in, provided everything is in order.
The original credit card with which the reservation was made must be presented upon check-in.
All guests are personally met to complete the check-in process, which is scheduled by the hour in advance on a first-come, first-served basis between 14:00 and 18:00. As multiple properties are managed and the team is not based on-site, accommodating specific preferred times may not always be possible; however, every effort will be made to meet guest preferences. Please note that for check-ins after 18:00, an additional fee is payable upon arrival before keys are handed over.
