Ma belle's Place Sleeper 2 is a couples garden unit, which can accommodate up to 2 people. It is perfect for a quick getaway or a comfortable stay over for travelling. It is fitted with a queen-size bed in main bedroom, shower and toilet, and lounge area. The unit comprises of a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster and two-plate gas stove and utensils. Welcome to use the small smoking area in garden lane with our portable braai. Area is however very narrow. This unit is facing the front of home and in front of main gate area, so not child friendly. The property is within a close radius of restaurants and take-away facilities and 500 m away from the beach.

Please note that there is a refundable breakage and cleaning fee for stays over 7 days. If found in good order, refunds will be done within 24 hours after inspection.
Please note that should 1 party book both units, neither unit can accommodate 6 guests at the same time indoors and that, weather permitting, only the small patio area in the 4 sleeper can be used.
No loud music is permitted.
A camp cot is available in Sleeper 4, please bring a baby pillow and bedding.
Damage or breakages are to be advised before vacating.
Parking is available for 1 small vehicle for sleeper 2. Parking in front of the house is available for sleeper 4 and upon arrangement parking behind the gates can be arranged between 18:00 and 10:00.
The used dishes need to be washed, dried, and packed away.
Cleaners can be arranged with enough notice period at an additional cost as well as fresh towels and linen are provided every 7 days.
There are pets on site on the owner's side of the property.
No day visitors or friends staying over are allowed on the property.
Please switch the lights and extractor fans off when they are not in use.
DStv can be logged into using the guest's own account.
Cigarette buts must please not be thrown in flower beds and yards.

Description
Ma belle's Place Sleeper 4 is a 1 bedroom compact lock-up-and-go self-catering holiday garden flatlet attached to the owner's entertainment area at the back of the property. Accommodation is suited to accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults maximum, as space is restricted and sleeping areas are the main focus. The unit comes equipped with a queen-size bed in the main room and a double bed in the lounge area that is suitable for children or adults, which also has their own wardrobe and privacy curtain. The bathroom comes fitted with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a wash basin. Good quality linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchenette is equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a washing machine for guests staying 5 days and longer, an ironing board and iron, with washing lines outside. The unit has a TV that is linked to YouTube, Showmax, and Netflix. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided. DStv can be logged into using guest's own account. Outside is a small patio with braai facilities and seating, camped off by a wall from the main garden. Parking is outside on grass area during day and can be placed behind closed gates during evenings between 18h00pm-10h00am daily. There are pets on-site but do not use any guest spaces.
