House Rules

The farm is in a rural area, and cattle do occasionally wander along the dam.
Guests will need a car to explore the area. There are dirt roads leading from the entrance to the farm down to the cottage, please drive carefully.
As the cottage is located on the farm, the water may have a sulphur smell when first used. Drinking water will be provided for guests, but the Cedarwood Shopping Centre is located 12.5 km away if guests wish to purchase more drinking water.
There are 2 single beds and 2 sleeper couches in the loft for additional guests for an extra charge, if required.
Please note the loft is accessed by a steep flight of stairs, so small children need to be watched at all times.
No smoking.
No parties or events.
No pets permitted.
No fireworks.
The upstairs loft has wooden floors so can be quite noisy.
The jetty is shared with another cottage on the farm.
The cottage has security gates, these must be locked when guests go out and when they check in.
There is limited cell phone reception at the cottage, you can drive out the farm gate to get better reception.
