Ons is vriendelik ontvang en was aangenaam verras met die selfsorg eenheid. Sal dit aanbeveel.

Uitstekend en hulle sien my beslis weer.

Alles wat jy nodig het vir oorslaap of 'n paar dae se verblyf.

Pathetic service.

Pathetic service by management. No appreciation for customers. Had an issue with no hot water being available for us to shower in the morning. Tried calling the manager over 10 times to try and get someone to assist us. He didn't take a single call. Which is a joke because his cell number is put on their notification letter in the room as the emergency number. So anyways the wife and I had a cold shower, I dropped an email to the admin of Madeira Bed. It has been 2 days later and no one from Medeira had made any effort to contact us via telephone or email. The only communication I did receive was from my booking company. Funny enough, the manager did get a hold of them and makes a claim that we changed the temperature settings of their gas heater hence it didn't work. Like really, is that the best excuse you can give. Like which sane person gets up at 6am goes outside in the cold, adjust geyser temperature, then goes and take a cold shower.

All the facilities were available.

Clean, neat and just outside of town. Desk, iron, coffee and all necessities taken care of.

Die gaste huis het 'n gasgeisers en 'n generator wat baie gehelp het tydens die kragonderbreking.

Was skoon en netjies.

Behalwe dat die wollerige mat aan die voetenent van die bed na hond geruik het.

Ons het net slaapplek gesoek vir ons halfpad stop see toe. Baie meer gekry by Madeira Bed. Rustige huislike atmosfeer met die mooiste tuin!

Ons het dadelik tuis gevoel, vernaam toe 4-beenkinders my by draad kom groet. Wat 'n gawe kêrel het ons ontvang. Gevoel of ons by ons seun tuis gaan. Dankie.

Ons het 'n week lank hier gebly terwyl my man 'n kursus moes aanbied. Die kamer was gemaklik en goed toegerus, en personeel was vriendelik. Hulle het selfs vir ons 'n tafel en stoele verskaf sodat ons voorbereidingswerk kon doen. Stil omgewing, veilige parkering. Definitief aan te beveel.

Very quiet place. Cheap and clean room. We checked in on 3rd morning, we checked out on 14th night. We felt secure, my wife and I.

One day or two, we reminded the cleaner to change the towels in the bathroom.

We only had a one night stay and found it to be well located and convenient.

Both times we have stayed there, there appears to have been a breakdown in communication as to how many guests were expected. There were only 2 teabags (one normal and one rooibos), 3 little containers of milk and only 1 chocolate for the two of us!

Baie basies, maar skoon en netjies.

Sal aanbeveel vir mense wat 'n nag of 2 wil oorslaap. Daar is nie 'n kombuis nie, maar wel 'n mikrogolf, broodrooster en yskassie, en net 'n badkamer-wasbak. Sal weer daar oorslaap vir 'n enkelnag-oorbly.

Clean, comfortable stay - in quiet neighbourhood.

Quiet location with a beautiful view of the mountain - clean and comfortable room. Added benefit that there was water, when a lot of Queenstown was dry. Great value for money, all round lovely stay.

We spent a very comfortable night and felt very safe and there was a well equipped kitchen.

Pragtige, sakpasverblyf!

Ons is baie vriendelik ontvang en het baie lekker gebly vir die nag. Selfs toe my man op kort kennisgewing besluit dat hy wou braai het Gerhard seker gemaak dat alles wat nodig is vir ons beskikbaar was. Baie dankie vir die akkommodasie wat werklik van hoë gehalte was.

Madeira het alles verskaf wat belowe was. Eskom kragonderbreking ondervind, maar toerusting was voldoende om mee reg te kom. Geen probleme ondervind nie.

Not a self catering option, there are no pots or pans to use, only a toaster. It rained and braai was not accessible because it was in the open.
