Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1200 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Strictly non-smoking guest house.
This property sleeps 6 guests, but can accommodate 1 extra guest by prior arrangement at an additional cost.
Preferably no Pets unless previously arranged with owners. Small pets only. An additional fee will be charged for any pets if agreed upon. This amount needs to paid and proof of payment must be sent to the owner a week prior to arrival. No pets are permitted on or in the beds, or on the furniture and must be house trained. Any damages made by pets will be charged accordingly.
We also offer a service where we could do a small shop for you (specifically for bikers) where you would request charcoal, ice, braai meat, etc and we would charge an additional fee for the service as well as the cost for the goods purchased. This must be liaised with the hosts on booking confirmation privately.
An Indemnity form is also to be completed and returned to the Hosts on booking along with our Terms and Conditions prior to arrival.
No Cleaning Services are available for normal stays. Long Term bookings will also have an extra fee for cleaning services.
