Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests must take note that no children under 6 years of age are allowed on the property.
Guests are requested to leave the facilities in the same condition as they were entrusted to them.
The facility manager has the right to visit the relaxation area daily for maintenance purposes as well as filling up the Jacuzzi and swimming pool.
The use of the facilities, which include the swimming pool and Jacuzzi is for the use of the resident guests only.
No visitors will be allowed to use the facilities.
Children under the age of 8 are allowed to use the Jacuzzi, and the heated pool under the strict supervision of the parents.
Children will not be allowed to run in the spa area or jump in the pool.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to use the apparatus in the gym without adult supervision.
Laundry room facilities can be used if there is no load shedding.
Guests need to bring along their own firewood.
Guests are kindly asked not to sit on the lounge benches while in wet clothes.
During load shedding, the Jacuzzi and swimming pool will be turned off for a short and will switch on automatically.
Additional cleaning services are available during weekdays at an additional cost, excluding holidays and weekends.
