House Rules
Malaga Hotel Management reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the hotel immediately if necessary, without prior notice or explanation.
Using photographs and videos taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.
The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.
The pool is open from 09:00 to 21:00 every day. No swimming after 21:00 will be permitted
Management reserves the right to close the pool for maintenance, events requiring private use of the pool, bad weather, or situations that might be considered dangerous to the health and safety of swimmers.
There is no attending lifeguard.
Food and beverages from outside the hotel are not allowed in and around the pool area.
