House Rules

Please keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the occupants of neighbouring properties, especially during nighttime hours. Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbances caused to other residents in the neighbourhood.
Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests who do not adhere to the rules will be asked to vacate the premises immediately and no refunds will be given.
Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. If you need help, our cleaning lady is available.
Guests are responsible for any damage sustained to the house and its furnishings during their stay. Please don't remove any items from the house.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
No pets are allowed.
Any time guests leave the house, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are properly shut and locked to maintain security and prevent weather damage.
Please promote energy saving by turning off lights and electronics when not in use.
