House Rules
- The rates include accommodation, all meals, 2 game drives per day and selected local beverages.
- Any additional expenses will be charged to the guest and is to be settled upon departure.
- All guestrooms are non-smoking.
- No pets allowed.
- Transfers can be arranged on request.
- Transfers can be arranged with reservations on request
and prior to arrival at additional costs.
- Please note, there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation. Guests are required to enquire about the road's condition before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Please note that you will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the establishment upon booking.
- We highly recommend that travel insurance is taken out.
Children can be accommodated on request:
- This policy applies to all children from 0 up to and including 11 years old.
- Children 0 to 3 are accommodated on a complimentary basis when sharing with 2 adults.
- Children 4 to 11 years (sharing room with adults) are accommodated at 50% of the adult sharing rate per child per night.
- Children from 12 years and older are considered as adults and will therefore require their own room at the applicable rates.
- Children not sharing with adults (occupying their own room) will be charged at the normal suite rate.
- 1 child under 12 may share with parents in a room on a rollaway bed.
- 2 Rollaway beds are available at Founder’s Lodge
- Children 6 years old and over are allowed on game drives.
- For Peak Seasons (20 December to 10 January), a 10% (non-refundable) deposit is required within 30 days of booking being made for all reservations in the peak period to secure the booking.
- Full pre-payment is required 45 days prior to arrival to avoid automatic release of bookings. Bookings made less than 45 days prior to arrival will require full pre-payment at the time of booking.
