House Rules
House is in close proximity to neighbours, strictly no noise after 11 pm on weekends and quiet after 9 pm on weekdays. Please respect the neighbours.
Smoking is allowed, but please smoke outside on the patio, deck or balcony.
Please don't park where access to neighbours' driveways is obstructed.
The front deck is open to water; children to be supervised, however the area is easily locked off.
The staircase can be dangerous if children left unsupervised.
Please note that the Jacuzzi is charged as an extra for those who wish to use it. R500 for the 1st day and R100 per day used after. This is to cover the energy used and to be fair to those who don’t wish to use it.
