Uncomfortable. Noisy by the security gate. Dark ground floor apartments.

Can't open shutters because of safety on the ground floor. Hot and stuffy. Geyser element had to be replaced as there was no hot water. The front window was so dirty that I used a mop to clean it myself so I could see the view.
