Ons het regtig baie lekker gekuier. Naby alles en is dit veilig vir die kleinkinders om buite rond te loop en die tuin is pragtig en rustig.

Het met aankoms frustrasie gehad met die optel van die sleutel by die BP Garage. Sleutel was eers net voor 16h00 vir ons gegee na baie oproepe. Met twee kleintjies het ons van 14h00 in die hitte gesit en wag. Daar was genoem dat die tyd van 14h00 vir sleutel verkeerd is en die eenheid sal eers 15h00 reg wees - was nie reg nie en was die rede gewees dat die vorige gaste eers laat uitgecheck het daarom moes ons wag. Toe ons uiteindelik die sleutel kry was die vloere taai en moes ek skoonmaakgoed gaan koop om die vloer te mop. On arrival had frustration with picking up the key at the BP Garage. Key was only given to us just before 16h00 after many calls. With two little ones, we sat and waited in the heat from 14h00. It was mentioned that the time of 14h00 for key is wrong and the unit will not be ready until 15h00 - was not right and was the reason that the previous guests checked out late so we had to wait. When we finally got the key the floors were sticky and I had to go buy cleaning supplies to mop the floor. Apart from the fact that we were not well received, we had a nice stay and the unit itself is very nice.

Hi Debbie, we thank you for staying with us and for your valued feedback.
I am so sorry that you were inconvenienced on the day of your check in, it was a terrible day for us, as we had over 20 departure and arrivals on the same day and the previous guest also decided to check out an hour later than he was supposed to, so it was really difficult to finish the clean in time. We have implemented a system, where late check outs and same day check ins, will be allocated 2 cleaners going forward, so as not to inconvenience the guest. The check in time is 3pm, so I have checked that all correspondence states such, so as not to cause any confusion with future guests.
Regarding the sticky floors, we use an environmentally friendly disinfectant, and I think the cleaner probably used too much, causing the stickiness, so sorry about that. Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. Hope you see you again. Regards, Mandy.
