Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R400 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

R 100.00 cleaning fee per day. Cleaning service must be arranged at reception.
Please bring own towels.
Please bring own dish-washing liquid and dishcloths.
A R 200.00 cash breakage and key deposit will be levied on arrival on all 2 – 7 sleepers and R400 on 12 – 24 sleepers and will only be refunded 7 working days after departure and once the unit has been checked and found in order.
Please note all damages will be deducted first.
Also note that if the unit is not left in good order you will also forfeit your deposit.
If payment in respect of the deposit is made by card a R 20 admin fee will be deducted upon repayment.
We request that you please check the contents of your chalet against the inventory checklist on the day of arrival.
Should you fail to complete and sign the inventory we will accept that you agree that the chalet is in order.


A 50% non refundable deposit is to be settled within 48 hours of booking.
Please make alternative arrangements if you cannot pay the deposit within 48 hours.
We appreciate full payments upfront to minimize administration costs.
Please note that even though credit card facilities are available, debit card payments are preferable.
We also accept cash.
No cheques.
