Other in-room facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, dining area, Wi-Fi, and a TV with DStv. This unit also comes equipped with an enclosed patio, a braai area outside and an indoor braai, and its own private entrance. Both the units have solar power.

Karmen's 1 bedroom apartment is suited to accommodate 2 guests on a queen-size bed. The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. Other in-room facilities include ceiling fans, a kitchenette, a dining area, a lounge area, Wi-Fi, and a TV with DStv.
