Pleasant, refreshing and relaxing.

The host kept on checking on how we were. I loved the self check-in process. We were sent a WhatsApp of all the facilities they offered before we arrived, and that made our arrival easy. The place was clean.

Old furniture and in serious need of maintenance and an upgrade.

The people staying on the property were very accommodating and helped with the parking, which was a big issue for me as we had to constantly shuffle cars around. The room and its amenities are in serious need of an upgrade. The work space in the kitchen is very limited for preparing food and the knives are all blunt. The room is small and the couch fabric is stapled together, which cut me when I brushed by it. Only a thin duvet and one thin blanket were provided, which is not enough on cold nights. The kitchen mixer tap is not secure and pulls out of the countertop. You have to hold it with one hand and use the other hand to open the tap. The sugar bowl was full of dirty bits which I had to clean up. The entrance to the accommodation was full of old leaves and had not been swept clean; it just looked shoddy and dirty. The entrance door was very tight due to it swelling because of the rain, something the owner knows about as it is mentioned in the intro video he sends to you.
