Unfortunately not a place we will book again.

The unit itself is stunning. You can see the owner did effort to create a welcoming environment, however, what has been advertised is not what you can prepare yourself for. The rental agency will email you information thereafter. When travelling with kids, you will be unpleasantly confronted by one of their permanent residents living downstairs. One had a guest and felt like they had to silence everyone because they had food poisoning. (Around 7 or 8 at night) An elderly lady gave me a fright when I was busy cleaning with an open door and she just stood there watching and did not knock or shout Hallo. I could also hear the running of children upstairs which was not a problem for us at all since you should understand when booking a floor unit. There was no noise late at night so I do not understand why the elderly lady had to ask who was making noise or furniture moving. The dishwasher as in the info is not in the unit, but not a big deal as you have little dishes anyway. Just not as advertised. The tumble dryer blasts out heat, but does not help if it does not turn. Have to stop it and manually turn. No open view. Unauthorised access has been gained while we were out the whole day. Returned to an open door and TV on. This is a concern which has been communicated to the agency. We carry work-related equipment with us and take security seriously. My husband was the only visitor who locked the car in the garage every evening. There is a security gate at the entrance, but one of them was also not working properly. Please consider the above.
