Reasonable rate, but I was disappointed how close the hotel is to the squatters and low-cost housing, felt a bit unsafe. The receptionist was not very competent as she took a long time to locate our booking and later the guy who came on duty called our room wanting to see if we checked in. Obviously, she did not do the correct booking procedure on her system. The room looked clean but I had taken off my shoes and found the floor was very dirty. The toilet did not flush properly and was really annoyed that we had no decent channel on the TV to watch. During the night I had to go to reception to complain about the people across the hallway who were making noise at 1 am.
