Ideally suited for 2 guests, each apartment comprises a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Quality linen and bath towels are provided. Additionally, each apartment is air-conditioned and has a kitchenette equipped with an air fryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. This space also has a dining table and a clothing rack. For guests’s entertainment, free Wi-Fi and a TV are available.

Milkwood Place is a gated estate and house rules include quiet time from 22:00, so no loud noise or music is allowed after these hours.
Gates open and close with the remote control, but ensure the entrance gate closes behind you by remaining on the yellow line before driving off.
Long stays of 5 days or longer include cleaning of apartments with fresh linen and towels twice a week.
Coffee, milk, sugar, tea, water and rusks are supplied on arrival.
