House Rules
- No parties or functions are allowed. Strict penalties will be given to transgressors of the rules. No loudness, hanging on and yelling from balconies are allowed.
- Only booked guests are allowed to sleep in the unit.
- No bookings by children under the age of 25 without adult permission.
- No music inside or outside.
- No person or braai allowed in front of unit after 22:00.
- No responsibility will be taken for parents who bring children along.
- There should be silence in the unit after 23:15
- Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.
- Smoking is prohibited in the units.
- No animals are allowed.
- Bedding provided.
- Clean bedding will be provided according to the period of stay.
- No overnight guests or friends.
- A maximum of 4 guests are allowed only until 21:15.
- Guests must bring their own swimming towels.
- Guests must wash all the dishes before departure, and leave the unit in a neat condition.
- No music is allowed. Guests must be available on cell phones at all times from check-in for in case of emergencies.
- No moving of patio furniture. Please put away the umbrella after use or when you are not home.
- Put out coles in the Weber after use to prevent damage that can be caused by wind. Damages will be for the visitor's account and responsibility.
- Disregarding any of the above rules can lead to immediate eviction.
