Poor attention to detail.

Reception lady lacked interpersonal skills. No light or soap in the bathroom, pillows were worn thin and lumpy. Towels were stained purple. Plug point comes away from the wall. Odd numbers in crockery and cutlery. Duvet was upside down, and the zip was broken.
