Won't use this unit again.

The one air conditioner was repaired after three days of stay. The other two were not working. The heat in the unit was unbearable. The one shower was leaking. The gate motor did not work; we had two weeks of beep beep from the motor. The front door could not lock from the inside, which is a safety concern.

I am really sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. Our aim is always for our guests to have a comfortable stay.
As communicated on WhatsApp during your stay, I was really struggling to find any available aircon technicians to assist. All the aircon technicians were booked in advance for about 2 weeks. However, I do understand that it is frustrating if you get to a unit and what you expected is not working. I apologise once again for the inconvenience.
Regarding the gate, we had to make a decision to rather change the gate to manual about a year ago since the battery and gate motor gave us (and guests) endless issues. I was not aware that it was beeping and will have someone investigate this urgently.
Regarding the door and the shower, I offered to send someone to fix it during your stay, but your message to me said it wasn't bothering you. We did however fix the shower and the door after you checked out.
Apologies for the inconvenience you experienced.

Not good.

Fridge was not working, I ended up wasting over R2000 in food. One shower had a door missing with glass pieces in the shower (I have a 5-year-old). Washing machine was mouldy with a funky smell. Carpet was last cleaned in the zombie apocalypse. More than that, I would not recommend this place to anyone with a small child as the place was not clean nor hygienic. Aircon was also not working and needs a service.

Peaceful, safe, convenient, beautiful view.

Wonderful, comfortable and safe place.

Enjoyed my stay with the family. Very kids friendly and a minute away from the beach. Very clean and comfortable, convenient way of check-in and out. Highly recommend this place and will certainly be going back.
