Very nice, very clean house and beautiful, quiet area.

The landlord was really wonderful and kind. The place was comfy and clean.

My stay at Morning Star Guest House was very nice, in a secluded area. The people are very friendly and it's a very quiet area to relax.

Waarde vir geld.

Yoliswa het ons onmiddellik laat tuis voel. Alles wat ons nodig gehad het, was beskikbaar. Die huis en kamers was baie netjies.

Had a great time in Saldanha and a safe, good night's rest at Morning Star Guest House.

Contact person was a bit late for check-in, but had a good stay.

Nice & cozy!

The 'room' was exactly what we expected. I loved the idea that there was a 'laundry place' as we were there for approximately two weeks. The place is about a 1.5km walk away from the beach - and it's a really scenic walk. We love taking a walk every day. However, we found it difficult to navigate on the first day. Our GPS was taking us to a different location. We had a misunderstanding regarding when we wanted the room cleaned, but we had that sorted out.

Rustig en veilig.

Was nie 100% a.g.v. 'n mierprobleem nie. Vloere lyk skoon, maar na 6 tree is voete pikswart onder. Yskas was vuil binne. Aangesien dit naby die see is, weet ek dat dinge maklik kan roes, maar aandag kan daaraan gegee word om dit nie te erg te laat raak nie. Die gasvrou was ook nie baie spraaksaam nie en wou nie weet hoe laat ons gaan arriveer nie, of wanneer ons gaan vertrek om reëlings met die sleutel te maak nie. Sy het nie eens geweet watter eenheid ons geboek het nie, alhoewel sy kon help met 'n ekstra dag se verblyf, maar ek moes kontant op die tafel los. Dit is 'n veilige plekkie en die voertuig is ook veilig omdat daar kameras is. Verder was alles rustig.

A sleepless night.

We had to wait for our host to open up. The back door could not lock. The door was open and there was no key. The bathroom door was broken and could only be opened from the outside. The shower door could not close. The headboards on the beds were not secured.

Worst stay ever.

When we got to the house, the cleaning lady was still busy cleaning the kitchen with dishes from the previous stay. We had to wait outside, but I asked if we could go in for a while after our long drive. I had informed the host that we would arrive around 12pm, but we got there before 1pm. While we were in the house, they were still cleaning the kitchen. I checked if the lights in the bedrooms worked, and our bedroom light was not working. I phoned the host to let her know, and she said she would get a bulb. I informed her that we were leaving at 3pm to be somewhere and that we would arrive after 7pm. When we got back home, I saw that the light was working. I don't know how they entered the house. We also could not use the braai facility because people were drinking outside by our kitchen the whole night. The washing of those people hung on chairs outside, and it really looked disgusting. Please take your own TV because the TV looks like a PC monitor. If people go in winter, take your own bedding because the duvets are very thin.

Ek het baie lekker gebly. Dus is dit daar baie rustig en veilig.

Ons vakansie was baie lekker gewees. Ons het dit baie geniet.

Ja, ons het lekker gebly, maar die plek is te klein vir twee mense. Ons was meestal van die weg vir die dag gewees.
