Friendly. Great facilities. Even had a surprise car wash before our departure.

Mountain View self catering is classy, clean and well equipped. It is situated in a peaceful area of Swellendam and offers a beautiful view of the mountain. We enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing.

What a gem! The hosts were very friendly and the quality of the accommodation is second-to-none. We particularly enjoyed the fact that we could enjoy warm Jacuzzi under the stars while we had a braai. Oh wow! Hoping to go back soon.

Ek wens alle instansies voldoen aan die verseistes wat Mountain View Swellendam stel. Dit is die enigste plek wat ek al ooit bespreek het weer en weer na sal teruggaan.

Really great.

Reception by David and Moira was very friendly and accommodating. They even prepared the outdoor hot tub for us to unwind and relax after our journey. The cottage was very comfortable, cosy and clean with a terrific view. We will return in the future.

Ruim, netjies en baie goed toegeruste akkommodasie. Vriendelike ontvangs en baie ekstra bederfies, soos die heerlikste koffie en beskuit. Sal dit beslis aanbeveel en sal weer daar gaan bly.

Hierdie plekkie is waar jy na 'n lang week van swoeg en sweet kan gaan afskakel. Die uitsig is asemrowend en dit is heerlik om elke oggend deur die Piet-My-Vrou wakker gemaak te word.

Beautiful views of Langeberg.

We enjoyed our stay at Mountainview and loved walking through the indigenous/succulent garden. It is walking distance to coffee shops and we spent time exploring on foot. A pity there was a problem with the WiFi, which was very intermittent.

Beautiful views, warm hospitality.

We have enjoyed our second stay at Mountain View as much as the first. Spotlessly clean, 10/10 maintenance and all the little touches thought about to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We saw a plethora of sunbirds in the garden, helped along by the sugar water and seeds provided in the garden.

Wonderlike plek om te bly. Eienaar het uit sy pad uit gegaan om ons verblyf so aangenaam moontlik te maak.

Stylvolle, netjiese en veilige verblyf!

Ons het net een nag oorgebly vir ’n troue, maar sal beslis vir langer wil terugkeer. Dis ’n stukkie oase in die hart van Swellendam. Groen en vreedsaam. Die kamers is pragtig versier. En die diens was vriendelik.

What a lovely place to stay! Great view and perfect place to stay. Host David did welcome us in a very pleasant way. The room was perfect, beds great, view stunning, pool refreshing. We will be back for sure.

Die kamer was modern, netjies en skoon. Dit het alles wat ons nodig gehad het. Die lodge is sentraal geleë en het 'n baie mooi uitsig op die berge. Die gasvrou was baie gaaf en ons het ons naweek baie geniet!

Uitstekende verblyf, vriendelike mense, baie netjies!
