Gemiddelde diens en swak onderhoud.

Ontvangsarea was onbeman toe ek arriveer het. Die kamer waarin ek sou bly, se krag het nie gewerk nie. Ek was "opgradeer" na 'n ander kamer. Die kamer se beddegoed het geruik soos rook, sommige gloeilampe het nie gewerk nie of het uit die dak gehang aan hul drade, die stortdeur is af en laaie het nie blaaie nie. Buffet-ontbyte was vervang met a la carte-ontbyte sonder dat dit so aangedui is op hul webtuiste. Aan die positiewe kant was die plek veilig en het 'n lekker ontbyt verskaf.

Reception area was unmanned when I arrived. The power in the room I was supposed to stay in didn't work. I was "upgraded" to another room. The room's bedding smelled like smoke, some light bulbs didn't work or were hanging from the ceiling by their wires, the shower door was off and drawers didn't have tops. Buffet breakfasts were replaced with a la carte breakfasts without this being indicated on their website. On the plus side, the place was safe and provided a nice breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. The manager went out of his way for us.

There were a few mechanical issues in the room which were promptly sorted. Very friendly staff and a great breakfast offered. We will definitely return.

Dit wat jy op die site sien en dit wat jy kry en ervaar is beslis heeltemal verskillend van mekaar. Die mense is ook glad nie op diens ingestel tydens ontbyt nie. Glad nie aan my verwagtinge voldoen nie. Afrikaans word glad nie gepraat nie.

My stay at Muco Guesthouse was fantastic and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Muco Guesthouse is a great location for both business and leisure as it is near Rivonia shopping centre. My stay there was great as I was able to conduct my business successfully at their accommodation. Costs are very reasonable.

Not satisfied.

Room was not ready upon arrival, not two single beds as requested, no air-conditioning as requested. Car was damaged by gate closing as there are no sensors on gate and they refuse to take any responsibility.

We apologise for not having the room ready on arrival. This was due the fact that it was checkout period and we were still cleaning up rooms after daily checkouts. Check-in time is normally from 2pm. As a guest house, our rooms do not have air-conditioning, this information is available on our listing, which the guest might have missed. However, we deeply empathize with him and we hope to upgrade in the near future. The incident at the gate was very unfortunate. Since we are in complex, we do not have complete control of the street gate. Our advice here is that he file a claim form with the insurance company and we will do everything in our power to assist the guest as witness to get compensation. As our motto says "your comfort is our passion " - we will never let down our guests, we have a reputation to maintain and so much to lose. We really apologize to the guest for all the inconveniences he encountered.
