Best experience we had in Nambia, courtesy of the Namib Desert Lodge's staff and management team.

Beautiful place, professional and care taking staff, great food, awesome backdrop of fossilised dunes with biking and hiking trails to live dunes, highly recommended. We stayed for 3 nights with family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), place is kid friendly, though bit of a drive from Sossusvlei, but experience to stay next to fossilised dunes and hiking there, you won't get if staying next to camps near Sossusvlei.
