Nautica 209 is a modern self-catering sea-view apartment located on the second floor of the Nautica building in Strand. It is approximately 200 meters from the beach, making it an ideal option for a family.

This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests, comprising 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The unit features a well-equipped kitchen that includes a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, washing machine, toaster, and a breakfast bar with stools.
