Description

Situated in a security complex in Die Bakke, Mossel Bay, Nautica 403 is a spacious self-catering apartment with lovely views of the ocean.

Located on the fourth floor and accessed by stairs and an elevator, the apartment can accommodate 5 people. Enjoying an ocean view, the main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. Each of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A sleeper couch is available in the lounge for a child, and guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a stove and oven, a microwave, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table or relax in the lounge which features a TV with selected DStv channels and opens onto a balcony furnished with a dining table and braai facilities.

Secure parking is provided, and the complex offers a communal swimming pool for guests to use.

Nautica 403 is situated 1 km from the beach for fishing, surfing, swimming or sunset cruises. Mossel Bay offers a variety of activities ranging from mountain biking, hiking, walking trails and 4x4 trails, and a variety of attractions to visit.

The apartment has a reverse osmosis water filter. There is an inverter that supplies power to the TV, Wi-Fi, and some lights during loadshedding.
