The owner and manager do not accept any liability or legal responsibility for any damage, loss or injury caused to guests or guests’ visitors resulting from the use of the facilities on the property.
Guests should not cause any unacceptable disturbance or excessive or undue noise that disturbs or impairs or may disturb or impair the convenience or peace of any person.
Should these rules not be adhered to it could result in a fine.
Guests have access to the whole house but the garages are kept locked. There is a driveway space outside to park 3 cars.
