Shambles at check in spoilt the experience.

Check in process was not clear and was at another address from this. Room was not ready for occupation 1 hour after 14:00 check in. Management was completely absent throughout the process and did not respond to phone calls and messages for an hour. No feedback was forthcoming after receiving a lame message. Room maintenance needs to be done, i.e. no towel rails in bathroom. They had been removed. Coffee and tea offering could be more generous.
