The cottage has a separate entrance, a parking space (on the wide, paved verge in front of the cottage) for one sedan, an alarm, a TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, a small front garden, and a private patio at the back with a Weber braai and a washing machine.
The Wi-Fi and TV are on an inverter during loadshedding, and there are battery lights in every room.
