Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- Parties or any private events are strictly not allowed.
- The number of guests in the unit may not exceed the amount booked for or the capacity of the unit.
- The property is not allowed to be used for any illegal activities.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Any damages will be billed to the guest and reported to the booking provider.
- Parking bay 116 is the only one allowed to be used. Visitors can park in the visitor's parking.
- Pets are not allowed inside the apartment or complex.
- No noise or loud music is allowed after 23:00.
- Check-out is at 11:00 unless arranged otherwise with the hosts. Please note that this needs to be arranged 1 working day before check-out.
- If the keys or remote is lost, a fine will be issued of R800.
- Guests are required to wash any dishes prior to departure.
- All used towels need to be left on a pile on the bathroom floor.
- The geyser needs to be switched off on departure.
- Please ensure the braai cabinet is locked when leaving the apartment on check-out as well as during your stay.
- Please use electricity sparingly and do not leave any unnecessary lights on.
