House Rules
-Guests may check in at any time after 14:00 (and before 19:00) on the first day and may not depart by 10:00 on the last day. A later check out can be arranged if there are no bookings for the following day.
- The house has a solar system, which provides power during load shedding.
- Noise is not allowed.
- No pets allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited in the establishment (only allowed outside).
- The institution owner cannot be held liable for any personal injury or damage / theft of any property during the stay.
The property must be left in an acceptable condition.
1. The premises must be left in the same condition as it was found. Refuse must be placed in the outside drum.
2. Damage to property, breakage damage and loss of items belonging to the premises will be placed on the guest's invoice.
3. Guests will be fined if the number of guests staying on the property exceeds the maximum guests, as per the booking form. The fine is equal to 1 day's rate. The fine will be equal to the daily rate that the additional guests would have had to pay and will be placed on the guest's invoice.
