Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Daily housekeeping, excluding Public Holidays or Sundays, and transport, tours, and a shuttle service can be arranged on request. Housekeeping services for public holidays and Sundays come at an additional cost.
The TV only serves as a monitor and guests will have to use their own Netflix and Showmax accounts on their laptops. No other channels are available at Ntoma House.
Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
All the rooms are non-smoking areas, and guests are welcome to smoke outside.
Please note, that sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Catering can be arranged upon request.
Wood, firelighters, and ice are not provided and guests please need to bring their own.
Late arrivals can only be accommodated if a staff member is available for check-in and at an additional after-hour fee.
