Breakage Deposit

House Rules
Please note that Marloth Park is a nature conservancy and have a strict noise policy in place. The house is situated near other properties, and excessive noise, particularly loud parties, will prompt intervention by the security company and may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Kindly show consideration for the neighbours by restricting noise levels after 9pm.
Laundry services are available for stays longer than 5 days.
Management has the right to forfeit up to the full deposit for any of the following:
- Noise disturbance as described above.
- Any breakages or additional cleaning required beyond standard expectations.
- Glass broken in/around the pool.
- Smoking in the house.
Guests are required to bring their own swimming towels, toiletries, toilet paper, cleaning products, refuse bags, firewood, insect repellents, and animal feed.
