Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis with heat-and-eat facilities. These facilities include a bar fridge and a microwave.

House Rules

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be served on request.
There is an extra charge per key and remote lost.
Please ensure that your apartment is locked at all times if no one is in the room.
Please report any suspected behaviour to management.
The breakage deposit is paid upon receipt of the key and will be refunded as soon as the room has been checked.
Residents are asked to behave in such a manner that will not create a disturbance or be offensive to their neighbours.
No drunken behaviour is allowed.
No disturbance of the peace will be tolerated which includes shouting on or outside the premises.
You will be asked to leave if complaints are received from other guests or neighbours. No refunds.
Please do not mix the cutlery with the kitchen and other rooms' cutlery.
Please dispose of your cigarette butts in the provided bins outside.
Visitors are not allowed without management consent.
No visitor sleepovers allowed.
The maximum number of guests per unit as indicated on the agreement may not be exceeded.
Laundry can be done on request at an additional cost.
Only side table lights work during load shedding, please bring your own torches, and powerpack if needed.
Commercial kitchens and lounge are only available for big groups at an additional cost.
