House Rules
All guests enter and use these facilities on these premises at their own risk and waive all claims in this regard against the owner and tenants and their respective representatives, whether for bodily injury or loss or damage to property.
Any persons accompanying or in control of a minor with limited capacity indemnified the above owner against any claim by such minor or person.
All children under 14 must have adult supervision in the pool area.
Car parking is at its own risk, and the owner is not liable for any loss or damages.
Use of Bicycles, and beach gear is at own risk.
Braai equipment is to be used on the grass area at the pool area only.
A breakage deposit is required for the main house. This is equivalent to 2 nights accommodation rate and is payable directly to the manager before arrival.
