Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- Please note that this unit is only for 4 guests.
- Admin fee have to be paid 5 days before check in. Payment is only allowed through EFT. No cash deposits are accepted.
- Breakage deposit must be paid 1 week prior to
arrival, directly into the owner's bank account.
- Guests should please bring their own towels.
- The unit is a non-smoking area.
- The apartment is not pet-friendly.
- No parties will be allowed.
-There is only one parking available for guests, if guests should bring an extra car they must pay R30 and use the visitor's parking.
- Guests should send a picture of their ID and their
number plate to the owner, a week before arrival, so
entrance to the complex can be organised.
- The amount of visitors allowed in the unit is half of the guests (2 people).
- Items found in the unit are not allowed to leave the unit.
