Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off R750 cleaning fee per booking.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Cancellations:
1 month before arrival date: 50% of the deposit is refundable.
2 weeks before the arrival date: 25% % of the deposit is refundable.
Less than 2 weeks before the arrival date: 0% of the deposit is refundable.
Guests please need to bring their own decoder and smart card for DStv.
There is a refundable breakage deposit of R1000.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Bookings for student groups, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, social parties or fishing groups are not accepted, as we are only suitable for families and couples. No noise will be tolerated between 20:00 and 06:00. If the rules are not met, the breakage deposit will be forfeited, as well as any additional costs not covered by the deposit. If guests do net follow the terms and conditions or we receive any noise complaints, they will be reported and will forfeit their breakage deposit.
