Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
Please note that the maximum number of occupants in the unit is 10 guests.
Unfortunately, the unit does not accommodate pets and does not accept parties, as it is specifically designed to cater to families or couples seeking a tranquil getaway.
Please be aware that the fence alarm remains active at all times and that guests have the option to activate the internal alarm when leaving the property, but please refrain from setting it at night as any movement inside the house may trigger it. Therefore, it is recommended to use the alarm when guests go out at night or during the day. Please note that in the event of the alarm being triggered, simply hold down the Green button on the remote to deactivate it. Rest assured that the host will be notified and remain calm when a security car arrives at the house. They are simply conducting a routine check to ensure everything is in order.
