Unhappy, disappointing and spoiled.

Despite reserving a 9-person accommodation, we were given an 8-person one, which already posed a problem for our group. To make matters worse, we encountered several issues during our stay. The main unit had 3 accessible bedrooms, but two of the rooms had leaking ceilings, causing flooding during rainfall. Additionally, the bath in the main bedroom lacked grab rails, posing a safety hazard. The second shower in the main building was also unusable due to foul odours left by the previous occupants. Although we reported the issue to the building manager, they were unable to resolve it and only came to the unit the morning after and still did not resolve the problem and I presume this is due to a lack of available cleaning staff. The shower in that bathroom also lacked hot water until the next day, and the cause of the issue was unknown. Furthermore, the lounge sofa was stained, and the carpet smelled of dog. The kitchen stove top was damaged, and the ovens did not function properly. To add insult to injury, we found beer cans and other unpleasant odours in the cupboards. As paying customers, we had expected a certain standard of accommodation, and we were very disappointed with what we received. We would appreciate it if you could take steps to ensure that these issues are resolved for future customers. We hope that we can receive a refund or compensation for our inconvenience.
