Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The balance please needs to be paid 30 days before arrival.

The property has a prepaid meter for electricity which can be topped up through the banking app or at the local supermarket.

Please note there are Chacma baboons in the area and guests are warned that they roam freely in our conservation area. They are wild animals so please don't feed them and keep windows and doors closed when you are not there.

Wi-Fi is available at an extra cost by prior arrangement.

Please note, guests will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the establishment upon booking.

The number of people occupying the house must not exceed the amount that the house can sleep, and day guests are not allowed, especially at weekends, unless the booking is for more than 7 days.

Pets are not allowed, except if in prior agreement with the owner.

Excessive noise and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, and strict penalties apply.

A TV with full DStv is available for rental for 7 days and longer.

Guests, please need to bring their own beach towels.
Please note, sections of the house are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
