Smoking is not allowed in the unit. If the unit smells like tabacco a fine will be issued.
A linen deposit is payable on or before arrival and is not refundable.
Electricity will be provided, however, if guests use more than the reasonable amount provided, it is their responsibility to buy more. Electricity can be purchased at the Voorbaai Shell Service Station.
DStv is available, however, for Explora, guests can bring their own decoder and smart card. Cables are fitted for dstv explora.
Guests need to bring their own bath/swimming towels.
The account must be settled before arrival, and proof of payment may be requested.
Sorry, we can not accommodate matric or student groups.
A cleaning service can be arranged on request, however, the guests are to negotiate price and service times required.
