Please note, that sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Please note that Zimbali has a strict 48-hour turnaround to process all the guest IDs to provide access to the resort. As a result, bookings with less than 48 hours ' notice cannot be confirmed as guests will not be able to access the Zimbali estate.
Zimbali requires an ID, passport, or driver’s license copy for every guest.
